An August Circle for Grounded Radiance

Glow & Ground is an intimate August circle created to help you soften, move energy, receive, and return to your body.

This gathering is for the woman who has been carrying a lot, moving through the fullness of summer, or feeling her energy scattered in too many directions. Through a botanical ritual, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, journaling, and grounded reflection, you’ll be guided into a softer, steadier connection with yourself.

We’ll begin with a sensory botanical ritual to arrive through scent, touch, taste, and breath. From there, we’ll move into a Kundalini Yoga practice designed to awaken soft fire, open the heart, and bring radiance back into the body. The practice will flow directly into savasana, where Reiki will be offered to support deep receiving and energetic integration.

This is a small, intentional space to call your energy back, reconnect with your body, and let your glow feel rooted from within.

Come as you are. Leave feeling softer, steadier, and more connected to your own light.
